Typically, you will be involved with:
- Support the delivery of their housing development pipeline.
- Identify new opportunities and negotiate developments.
- Prepare funding applications and manage acquisitions.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders.
It is expected you have a minimum of 2 years working in a development role within the social and voluntary housing sector or similar environment and a full driving license and access to a car is also required.
