Customer Service Representative (6-8 month contract)
Exciting role for an enthusiastic candidate with exceptional customer service skills. This is a very fast paced role, requiring an energetic individual with a real drive to succeed. Role is a mix of customer support and general administration tasks.
Role commencing the beginning of February. Excellant opportuntiy for this role to go permanent.
- Call handling
- Responding to requests and dealing with complex issues.
- Handling e-mail requests and queries
- Logging fault calls
- Schedule updating
- Daily issuing of certification
- Service contract renewals follow up
- Price queries
- Stock ordering
- Preparation of quotations for installation, service and commissioning
- General office administration
The ideal candidate:
- Advanced skills in MS Office: especially Word, Excel, Outlook
- Effective telephone skills, including handling complex calls
- Customer service experience within construction, property management and sales support an advantage
