You will be part of a team whose goal is to increase performance, to consolidate existing business and to grow new business. To offer the best in terms of customer service, to actively understand customer’s needs and to work towards ensuring the right result for the company and for the customer. To assist in all directional changes and innovations within the division.
The sales and marketing of the significant business is effected by a small team of people who are committed to delivering on targets and growing business in a well automated and supported environment.
To consistently deliver exemplary customer service…..to develop the business and introduce new business flows
To maintain and develop strong professional working relationships within our customer base and throughout the company network
To be acutely aware of marketplace activity
To initiate new ideas and strategies and to be part of an ever changing and evolving environment
To motivate and inspire the team and to be a key part in the delivery of the development programme
You will be;
A high achiever with a passion for development, progress, positive change and advancement. A self motivator with the ability to effectively motivate and encourage others with a focused, disciplined, competent, flexible and confident manner.
It is essential you have a Third Level qualification in a business related subject and no less than 2 years experience since graduating developing business relationships in a corporate environment.
