€150k OTE 60/40 split

Your role will involve growing and developing an existing team, you will need to double the numbers in your team so you will be experienced in recruiting strong sales talent for the DACH Region, you will need to have strong coaching skills to ensure your team and supported and always developing.
It is essential you have no less than 2 years Managing an Inside Sales team, with experience of selling through a partner model. It is essential you have Managed reps for the DACH Region, regardless of your language skills.
