They are hiring for a smart, engaging account manager to nuture and grow their existing customer porfolio. No cold calling, just strong relationshop building, communication and growth sales skills required! 

An a Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer retention 
  • Upselling to existing customers
  • Developing long lasting trusted relationships with customers 
  • Maintain accurate records in SalesForce
  • Provide monthly forecast of add on business to management

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Min 3+ years’ inside sales / account management experience within the IT Industry
  • Experience selling into IT Staff / Senior Technology Executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills via the phone and email/internet
  • Fluent in English and in ONE or BOTH of the following: FRENCH AND GERMAN
  • Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level Execs
  • Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positve attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com contact management
