Technical Support Engineer

An experienced Technical Support Engineer required for leading Global Software Company – based in the most amazing City Centre location!
This is a role with real responsibility and you will be dealing directly with customers through phone / ticket systems.
Main duties of the role will include:
- Deal with calls / emails / web enquiries – providing solutions
- Follow up directly with the Customer to ensure they are satisfied and the problem has been resolved
- Liaise with management, on complex issues
- Provide Customers with training as required
- Get involved with developing technical solutions that can be rolled-out
Ideally you will have a relevant 3rd level qualification, along with previous experience in a call centre / technical support role. You will have strong knowledge of Windows / iOS / Android platforms.
Some flexibility will be required at times (working week will be no more than 40hrs).
It goes without saying – but you must have excellent Customer Service skills, be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a technical environment.
