Technical Support Engineer is required to join a Leading US Multinational IT Company based in Dublin 2.
You will be dealing directly with Customers (both Consumer and Enterprise) – analysing their IT issues, researching and providing solutions.
Ideally you will have an IT Certificate (CCNA / CompTIA etc.) along with some experience dealing with customers in a technical environment.
