An experienced HR Professional is required to join this well-established Irish Company based in North Dublin (with parking).
This role would suit a HR Coordinator / Generalist who wants to focus on Recruitment.
Working in a professional team, you will be given the scope to really make this role your own and will be given the opportunity to make improvements internally.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be involved in providing HR support and advice to employees as required. This is a busy company, and it is essential that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!
With support from the HR team, you will typically be responsible for Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Benefits, Compensation & Recruitment. There will be emphasis on Recruitment, and it will be a large part of the role.
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in each of the areas outlined above. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be able to bring new improvements to existing processes and procedures.
