- Minimum 3 years strong administration experience in a professional office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Providing administration support to the Head of HR
- Co-ordination interview schedules
- Management of on-line recruitment adverts
- Responsible for new starter induction programme
- Assisting with Graduate & Internship programmes
- Co-ordinating training programmes
- Maintaining and updating employee files
- Ensure accurate absense records are updated
- Providing general ad hoc support to the HR Team
