€80k with 20% bonus
Experienced HR and IR Manager is required to guide this well-known company through a period of growth and transition, due to the impressive success they have been experiencing over the last decade.
Your role will include delivery of a number of projects to include; HRIS System implementation, Compliance and regulatory review, delivery of HR Metrics, as well as the normal day to day of an organisation in growth mode, going through a change programme, that will affect, Learning and development, Employee relations, Succession planning and employee engagement, as well as general policy reviews.
You will have an experienced team of 3 to support you.
It is essential you have a strong track record of management of no less than 5 years with ideally no less than 10 years in a HR Career. You will have a proven track record in Industrial Relations.
