Due to continued success this growing technology company are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to report to the Head of Recruitment for EMEA and deliver on their  Recruitment needs across their Customer operations to include Sales, Renewals, Marketing and Support. With planned growth of approx. 70 positions per year it is essential you have a track record in delivery as a Recruiter who can partner with the senior leadership team and impact on strategy. 

You will be one of the first Recruiters on the ground in Dublin so it is an enviable position with obvious opportunity to develop a team around you in the longer term.

End to End hiring, coach hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, provide effective information to the business through ongoing research into new initiatives in hiring, develop relationships with external suppliers, develop hiring strategy. 

It is essential you have a proven track record in Recruitment, ideally no less than 2 years in house, and no less than 5 years in total. You will have excellent knowledge of internet sourcing, direct hiring and the ability to take responsibility within a professional yet fun environment.
