A strong, experienced Head of HR is required to guide this hospital through a long term period of transformation. There are challenges ahead but with the support of staff and senior leadership the outcomes will be an organisation at the cutting edge of Healthcare in Ireland.
It is essential you have a track record of senior HR Management in a hospital environment or large complex Public Sector organisation of no less than 1000 staff. You will have experience with Trade union negotiations, driving the change agenda, developing and amending HR Strategy to align with the goals of the organisation, you will be a people champion, driving performance and talent strategy, and a strong Organisation design and development track.
You will have the support of a large HR Team or specialists and generalist to see these objectives become reality.
It's a challenge but not one you haven't done before.
Expected remuneration will be between €95 - 115k per annum.
