This highly successful Financial Services organisation are hiring another resource to their small HR team. They need an experienced highly professional HR Business Partner to roll out HR Initiatives to ensure the company goals are aligned with the people agenda.
Day to day you will report to the HR Director and will take responsibility of your population with regards to Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Recruitment, On boarding, Policy and system development as well as ad hoc projects to enhance the HR offering.
This is a position that will suit an experienced BP with a strong Generalist knowledge, ideally if you have worked in a Financial Services environment that would be most advantageous. Those who have worked recently on a Compensation and Benefits focussed projects would be most welcome. It is essential you have a relevant 3rd level qualification with no less than 5 years' experience.
The company have the budgets in place to be able to deliver an outstanding HR Service to the business so it is very important you are aware of what best practice looks like and have the appetite to deliver at this level.
