Senior HR Manager

A Strategic HR leader is required for this Management consulting firm to deliver a robust HR Function to deliver on the business needs in line with overall company strategy. You will be able to operate at the top table and champion initiatives to drive performance and the people agenda.
Your role will incorporate the complete generalist gambit with a wider operational remit that will lend itself to your commercial approach. The strongest focus in the role will be OD and Performance management. Reporting to the MD you will guide company strategy and support at the most senior level in the organisation. A small team of 80 staff, you will have 2 reports to support you in your role.
This role requires someone who can operate at a commercial level and understands the wider business and the value of a well-developed Organisational Design programme. The business is going through a period of well planned growth and your role is pivotal to the development programme of the talent today and going forward. It is expected that you will be a strong coach, knowing how to bring forward the best in people, you will have well developed communication skills with the ability to make the complex seem straightforward and you will have a track record of no less than 5 years in a senior HR and Operations role where you have performed a strategic role.
