HR Business Partner
This hugely successful and well-establish Irish Company are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR Team.
You will have 4-5 years’ HR experience, and your typical duties will include:
- Experience of Absenteeism Management
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations
- Talent Management
- On line HR System
- Disciplinary hearings
- Internal Compliance
- Change management
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels of the business. Preference will go to those who have worked in HR within the Retail Industry or similar fast moving environment.
This role will suit an energetic HR professional, who has a great attitude, who can run with responsibility, knowing when it’s appropriate to seek advice.
Working with a group of really pleasant HR professionals, who work hard but have fun – you will be involved in company-wide HR projects.
