HR Manager - Financial Services

This is a new position within this Global Financial Services Organisation, to pull together the HR Strategy between Group and the European offices. Therefore it is essential you are an experienced HR Manager who is comfortable with multiple stakeholders.
Your role will involve; Coordinating European HR staff to ensure global HR strategies are being implemented, ensure consistency in Policies and procedures across Europe, and champion and develop new initiatives. This is a well-supported role, with the HR Shared Service centre being at your disposal as well as Head of Function in Group.
It is essential you have no less than 2 years HR Management experience with at least 8 years HR experience with some of that experience coming from a Financial Services environment. Preference will go to those candidates who meet this criteria and have the experience of working across several EU sites.
