Senior HR Generalist (6 month contract opportunity of extension)

Exciting role to work for a major national institution. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all transactional operational HR activities
  • Project manage the design, delivery and implementation of an appropriate and effective HR Management Information System
  • Project manage the roll out of a time management system 
  • Successfully co-ordinate and report on all recruitment, training and development, employee relations and work-sharing initiatives
  • Manage the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures 
  • Develop and implement  HRM Strategy 
  • Prepare files for HR audits as required
  • Develop and implement employee initiatives 
  • Support the Head of HR with all HR initiatives and supervise and coordinate work of the team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Successfully completed a third level qualification in HRM and / or Employment Law. Chartered CIPD membership is essential
  • Extensive experience coordinating all core HR activities with an excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and HR organisational policy
