Candidates must be APA qualified with a genuine interest in assisting customers with claims issues and queries. This role will suit a candidate who has a fantastic telephone manner, a "can do" attitude a great work ethic and a desire to work in a company where they will progress!
If you are reliable, have decent computer skills, at least 6 months+ experience within Claims and are APA qualified then this could be the perfect role for you!
