Project Coordinator - Finance

As part of the finance team with this Global Group, you will work closely with Project Managers ensuring that efficiencies and processes are running smoothly to optimise the success of numerous high value projects.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the finance administration for high value projects. Working with Senior Project Managers to ensure they are on plan and meeting deadlines. You will deliver timely reports on budgets, invoicing, forecasting and expenses.
Having the confidence to alert to any issues that could potentially jeopardise a project deadline, ensuring the appropriate paperwork is produced for all areas relating to financial aspects of projects, updating the CRM system with progress reports and identifying improvements in processes and skills gaps are all imperative within this role.
You will have the following experience:-
- Minimum 4+ years similar experience
- Experienced in tracking project budgets & invoicing
- Experienced in processing expense reports
- Ability to communicate & interpret financial results
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
