This international Insurance Group are expanding and are hiring a Claims and Complaints Handler to join their team looking after EMEA business in Ireland. Your role will involve a portfolio of Liability Claims, and the management of complaints through the correct regulatory processes. This is a varied and crucial role that will report to the Claims Manager. You will manage the complaints process for the company, investigating actions taken and escalating where necessary, in the case of fraud or contention. Reserve appropriately based on close monitoring, improve existing system where necessary, perform claim audits and operate as part of a highly experienced team.
It is essential you have;
Full CIP, experience in Liability Claims Handling, and complaints handling experience.
