HR Business Partner (6 month FTC)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team on a 6 month FTC within an internationally listed PLC, with headquarters in Dublin. Working in a professional team, you will be responsible for Employee relations, Industrial relations, Training and development, Employee Engagement, Benefits, Compensation, Organisational Development, Coaching and advising the leadership team and Recruitment.
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in each of the areas outlined above. You need to be able to bring improvements to existing processes and procedures, and be able to engage the senior leadership team to drive and influence change in the organisation. This is a busy company, and it is essential that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!
You will have no less than 5 years’ experience in a demanding HR position with relevant 3rd level qualifications, ideally with your CIPD as well.
